Nusa Dua is a gated tourism enclave — it feels a bit more manicured and less 'real Bali' than Ubud or east Bali. You will not be walking out to a Balinese village.
The resort accepts families and has an excellent kids' club; during holidays it can feel lively around the main pool.
The Honeymoon Grand Deluxe Suites are nice but feel like very high-end hotel rooms; to truly feel the property you want a villa.
